Absolutely. You can cancel your Premium subscription at any time through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android). After cancellation, you will continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period. Your account will then revert to the Free plan with no data lost.

If you are not satisfied with Cal AI Premium within 7 days of your purchase, contact us and we will issue a full refund, no questions asked. You can also request a refund directly through the App Store or Google Play Store following their standard refund process.

All payments are processed securely through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. This means you can use any payment method linked to your store account, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, carrier billing, and gift cards. Cal AI never stores or has access to your payment details.

Yes! You can switch plans at any time. If you upgrade from weekly to annual, the change takes effect immediately and you start saving right away. If you switch from annual to weekly, the change takes effect at the end of your current annual billing cycle. We recommend the annual plan for the best value, saving 80% compared to weekly billing.

Your data is always safe. If you downgrade from Premium to Free, all your historical data, logs, and progress remain intact and accessible. You will still have basic calorie tracking and 3 AI scans per day. Premium-only features like detailed macro tracking and progress analytics will be locked, but your data will be preserved if you decide to upgrade again later.

The Premium Annual plan includes family sharing, allowing you to share your subscription with family members through Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library at no extra cost.
